The Behavior Technician will provide 1:1 direct behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental delays or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst©. The Behavior Technician will:
- Implement programs based on ABA principles to improve communication skills, self-help skills, social/play skills and academics of the children.
- Ensure that children are motivated to learn and participate in activities.
- Keep accurate records of every child’s progress through data collection.
- Effectively manage and design solutions for challenging behavior in a child.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
